These Terms of Service govern your use of loomraga.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited trading as LoomRaga.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to place an order.

3. Products, descriptions and the nature of handwoven textiles

We describe every product as accurately as we can and photograph it as faithfully as we can.

Handwoven and handloom textiles are made by hand, and variation is inherent to the craft. Slight irregularities in the weave, occasional slubs in the yarn, minor unevenness in the border or motif, and small differences in shade between pieces of the same design are characteristic of handloom and are not defects. Screen calibration also means colour on your device may differ from the fabric in daylight.

Products are described as either handloom or power loom on the product page. We apply craft, weaver and geographical-indication language only to products for which it is genuinely true.

Products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change a product at any time before your order is accepted.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless a different currency is selected, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are payable by you.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer but does not accept it. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.

We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where the product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify the delivery address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a resale in breach of these terms. Where we cancel and you have paid, we refund in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not receive or store your complete card number, CVV or UPI credentials; those are handled by the gateway under its own terms and security standards. You warrant that the payment instrument you use is lawfully yours.

7. Shipping

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Timelines are estimates and begin from dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address you supply. Please ensure the address and phone number are accurate; we are not responsible for a delivery failure caused by incorrect details.

8. Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the circumstances in which a return or exchange is accepted, the 48-hour window for raising a request, and the refund timeline. Please read it before ordering.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the LoomRaga name and marks, the Raagaa Collections name, photography, product descriptions, editorial text, design and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, to impersonate another person, or to purchase for commercial resale without our written agreement.

11. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
