Loomraga Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Loomraga, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll be happy to assist.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if you receive:

A damaged or defective product
An incorrect product
A product with a manufacturing defect

Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, colour or design preference, incorrect selection, or similar reasons. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Not be draped, altered, or used
Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or odours
Be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice
Be in the same condition as delivered

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

Contact Loomraga within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email.
Share your Order ID and supporting photos/videos.
Once approved, we'll provide the return address.
Securely pack and courier the product to us.

Inspection, Exchange & Refund

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If approved:

Exchange will be offered first, subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.
