Shipping policy

Every LoomRaga order is inspected and hand-packed before it leaves us. This policy explains when your order ships, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During festival periods, particularly Onam, dispatch may take a little longer because of order volume. Any extended timeline will be shown on the product page at the time of ordering.

Delivery timelines

Timelines run from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed, and are business days.

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer. These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

  • Within Kerala: free standard shipping, on every order, with no minimum value.
  • Rest of India: a flat ₹270 per order, shown at checkout before payment.
  • International: ₹1,800 per order to the destinations offered at checkout.

Prices and GST

Product prices shown on the site are exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax at 5% is calculated and added at checkout, and is shown as a separate line before you pay. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately from the product price.

International orders, duties and taxes

We ship worldwide to the destinations offered at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price or the shipping charge and are payable by you, usually to the courier at delivery. These are set by your country's authorities; we have no control over them and no way to know the amount in advance.

If a parcel is returned to us because duties were refused or left unpaid, any refund will be net of the shipping we incurred both ways.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's system.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by incorrect details. Where a parcel is returned to us for that reason, re-shipping is chargeable.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will help you follow up with the courier in any such case.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. This is handled under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
